Our goal is to put our gourmet gumbo dinners and gumbo pot pies in every grocery store in Kansas, with an end-goal to expand nationwide. Customers can enjoy single-serving or family- size gumbo anytime at their own convenience. Our vision is to create an elevated frozen food experience. Fine dining in your freezer! Chef LaMona has identified a gap in the market. There are thousands of gumbo-lovers who can’t get access to gumbo or don't know how to put all the ingredients together to make it at home. With your help, we can solve that problem and corner the market!
