Right after Covid hit, our family decided to get a freeze dryer. Jonathan and his daughter, Clara, were watching science videos before bed (as they always did) when they watched The King of Random freeze dry many different things. It became a way of paying for a machine they had been wanting. We freeze dry candy for wholesale, fundraisers, employee gifts, party favors, our storefront, and, of course, custom orders. Since we work out of a commercial kitchen and storefront, we are able to serve clients all over. We love watching people’s faces Light up for the first time when they try our candy.
