Description

Elderslie Farm, which began in 2010 as a blackberry farm, now includes a restaurant, cafe, goat creamery and sawmill.

Dining at Elderslie showcases the best and freshest local produce at the height of its season. Options include the prix fixe multi-course dinner (served in the three dining rooms), the 'Cheese and Such' menu, which can be enjoyed as a first course for dinner or as a less formal dinner with wine on the patio (or indoors as weather dictates). Breakfast and lunch are served at the seasonal Bramble Cafe, which is typically open spring through late summer.

Elderslie Creamery handcrafts small-batch artisan cheese with milk from Elderslie goats and Faye Farms cows, both of which are pasture-raised and grass-fed. The shop at the Creamery sells cheese and accompaniments, along with exceptional goat-milk-based frozen yogurt. An online shop also offers cheese collections for shipping anywhere in the U.S. When there are baby goats, our "Meet the Kids" events offer an opportunity to bottle-feed and/or snuggle them.

Blackberry You-Picks usually begin in late June and continue for about four or five weeks depending on the Kansas weather.

Elderslie Woodworks maintains an inventory of Kansas black walnut live edge slabs for use in tabletops and countertops. The slabs can be purchased as-is or finished and prepared for installation.
