Elm Creek Beef Local Market is ran by a local beef producer who wanted to bring more to the Hoyt community. We have a full deli featuring fresh subs, salads and seasonal soups. We also offer local pork, pastured chicken, local eggs, local milk, produce, and many other Kansas made or grown products.
