We are a caterer that sources as much of our ingredients from within Kansas. In June, we purchased a brick and mortar, where we have opened a restaurant and are building our grocery options, many of which are made here or sourced in Kansas (We make bread and pasta and we teach classes and sell Hudson Cream flour). We raise chickens and use the eggs to make our fresh pasta, brunch items, and more. We also raise bees and utilize honey in our cuisine and will soon be offering candles and cosmetics that feature beeswax. Apart from that, most of our produce is grown in Kansas. Everything except ingredients requiring an ocean or tropical environment (banana, pineapple, shrimp). We will eventually be a full service grocery and hope to add house deli meats and cheeses in small batches to our offerings. We offer a number of services for AirBNBs and their customers from meal plans, to a supply of toiletries that is supported by donation. We also host a trade library where visitors can find a wide variety of books. We have various amusement in our store from board games to a community crafting area, also supplied by donations from it's users.
