We, at Herrick’s Smoke House, specialize in smoked cheese. We bring a variety of cheese into the smoke house and treat them like BBQ, we smoke and rub them. We currently offer 32 different types of smoked cheese. Along with the smoked cheese we have grilling spices, smoked and flavored salts. We are currently working on a line of smoked jams and BBQ sauces.
