Based in Eskridge, Kansas, our goal is simple: to encourage and equip others to begin their own homesteading journey—right where they are, with what they have. At our farmers market booth, you’ll find a rotating selection of handcrafted goods, including: • Traditional Sourdough Loaves: Crisp crusts and a tender, flavorful crumb. Available in both classic and seasonal varieties. • Sourdough Sandwich Bread: Soft, hearty loaves perfect for everyday sandwiches and toast. • Sweet Sourdough Treats: Small-batch pastries and desserts made with our sourdough for a little extra depth of flavor. • Duck & Quail Eggs: Rich, nutrient-dense eggs from our flock—known for their deep yolks and excellent baking quality. Alongside our baked goods and eggs, we also offer fresh and dried herbs, grown and prepared right here on the farm. These include both culinary herbs for the kitchen and medicinal herbs traditionally used for teas, tinctures, and home remedies. For those who want to learn the craft themselves, we also offer sourdough baking classes. These hands-on classes walk you through the process step by step so you can confidently bake your own loaves at home—whether you’re just starting out or looking to sharpen your skills. Stop by our booth at the farmers market to sample our breads, browse our herbs, gather your eggs for the week, and swap a few homesteading stories.
