Midtown Bake Shop, formerly Perfectly Blended Bakery, began in 2012 and grew from a lifelong love of cookbooks, baking, and creating recipes. We are a bakery located in Wichita that creates cookies, sweet breads, and scones for Wichita-area businesses and individuals. We also offer a line of spice mixes that we ship anywhere in the U.S. From a young age, I would pull out one of my mom’s cookbooks and find a recipe to bake. I also have very fond memories of baking snickerdoodles with my grandpa—we perfected a recipe that was soft on the inside and crunchy on the outside, and it remains one of my top sellers today. My parents worked in the food and hospitality industry their entire careers, and I always knew I would follow in their footsteps. They have been my biggest supporters, taste testers, and teachers, helping me learn how to run a kitchen, plan events, and build a business. Their encouragement helped guide me to where I am today, baker and owner of Midtown Bake Shop.
