I produce certified organic crops which are mostly fed to my certified organic hogs, I sell pork cuts at the Manhattan Farmers Market and halves and whole hogs to customers who order by phone or online. Sows are pasture farrowed and hogs are finished on land rotated with organic crops. I have excellent meat quality genetics.
