Riff Raff Mushrooms featuring Salvy Sousa

2 Large Flats of Fresh Mushrooms
1 Red Onion-diced or sliced
1 Stick of Salted Butter
1/2 Bottle Salvy Sousa Riff Raff
1/2 Can of Beer or 1 C. Wine - your choice
Place all ingredients in a large foil pan, No fancy mixing, just put them
in there. Cover with foil and place on hot grill for 1 Hour. Option: Drink
other 1/2 of beer! Enjoy, I dare.
Remove foil and stir. Stir occasionally. Let cook for about another hour or when
concentrated and caramelized. Serve with your choice of meat!
