Roasted Red Pepper and Goat Cheese Flatbreads

Rabbit Creek Gourmet was featured at the 2015 Winter Fancy Food Show in this easy-to-make, delicious dish created by Chef Alli.

13 oz. jar roasted red peppers, drained well, chopped or pulsed in food processor bowl
1-2 Tbs. Rabbit Creek Roasted Garlic and Red Bell Peppers Dip Mix
8 oz. goat cheese, softened
seasoned flat breads

Combine red peppers with dip mix. Spread goat cheese on flatbreads and top with the prepared red pepper mixture. Enjoy!
