Chef Alli had the opportunity to try out their products delivered straight to her door step. Here is one of the Jack Stack Barbecue favorite dishes that combines their sides and barbecue burnt ends. Remarkable Barbecue:  Experiencing Fiorella’s Jack Stack at Home

Notes from Chef Alli: Jack Stack delivered to our door.  The directions said there was four simple steps to a delicious feast:  Unpack, Store, Thaw, and Heat. That’s it??  I was pretty skeptical.  Turns out, it WAS that simple AND that delicious.

Could a product shipped to my home provide the same Jack Stack food experience I’d had in their restaurant? I truly didn’t think so. Jack Stack proved me wrong! I simply opened each sealed package and specifically followed the included directions. I’m here to tell you everything was exactly as Jack Stack claims: “Remarkable Barbecue”. The booklet provided with their home delivery products has tons of great info, including recipes, party planning tips, and even a Q & A section featuring Pit Master, Tim Keegan – very helpful!

The man with ALL the barbecue answers, Tim Keegan, Jack Stack Pit Master.  Tim told me he’s been smoking meat for over 50 years and got his start from his Dad who loved creating delicious barbecue.  Our Jack Stack spread included brisket, burnt ends, ribs, chicken wings, Cheesy Corn Bake, and Hickory Pit Beans – all incredibly delicious!

Jack Stack BBQ Shooters

1/2 lb. Jack Stack Beef Burnt Ends
16 oz. Jack Stack Hickory Pit Beans
15 oz. Jack Stack Cheesy Corn Bake
8 oz. Jack Stack Original BBQ Sauce
Green onions, sliced

Heat Burnt Ends, Beans, and Corn according to package directions (or follow instructions on page 4 of Jack Stack’s Guide to Remarkable Barbecue that comes with packaged Jack Stack barbecue)

Place burnt end cube into shot glass.

Add 1 1/2 oz. of Hickory Pit Beans then 1 1/2 oz. of Cheesy Corn Bake to create a layered effect.

Place burnt end cube on top of Cheesy Corn Bake and drizzle with BBQ Sauce.

Garnish with green onions.

Serves 8
