The Dude

1 1/2 oz. Boot Hills Distillery Vodka 

2 bar spoons instant coffee

1 oz. simple syrup

2 oz. heavy cream  - no need to use jigger

 

Build in a rocks glass.  Add instant coffee to glass.  Add vodka and stir to mix until coffee is dissolved and mixture is black.  Add simple syrup.  Add ice to top of glass and stir.  Pour heavy cream over bar spoon, do not stir.  Serve with stir stick. 

 

 

 

 

 

Old Fashioned 

3 oz. Boot Hill Distillery Red Eye Whiskey

1 sugar cube 

3 dashes Angostura bitters

3 dashes orange bitters

Orange peel to garnish 

 

Place the sugar cube in the bottom of a rocks glass.  Soak the sugar cube in the bitters.  Muddle the soaked cube.  Top with whiskey.  Add one square ice cube.  Give one quick stir.  Twist orange peel over the top and serve.  

 

Boot Hill Mule

2 oz. Boot Hill Distillery Vodka

0.5 oz. lime 

0.5 oz. rosemary syrup

3 oz. Ginger beer to top

rosemary sprig 

 

Fill the copper mug to the top with ice.  Add the vodka, lime juice, and rosemary syrup to mug.  Stir well.  Fill mug with ginger beer, then gently stir again.  Slap rosemary sprig and garnish. 

 

 

 

 

 

Dove

2 oz. Boot Hill Distillery White Whiskey 

3 oz. ruby red grapefruit juice 

0.25 oz. agave syrup

0.25 oz. fresh lime juice 

Grapefruit peel garnish 

 

Fill a rocks glass with ice.  Add the whiskey and agave into a mixing glass and stir well.  Add juices and stir again.  Add ice.  Stir vigorously in the mixing glass.  Strain over the fresh ice.  Garnish with grapefruit peel and serve.
