Lazy Moon Ranch offers a rustic charm 15 miles east of Wichita, Kansas, and is home to a diverse array of animals, including playful goats, donkeys and alpacas. They have created a unique farm experience where beauty, fun and nature meet.

 

Beyond their array of fun and inviting animals, Lazy Moon Ranch hosts many activities and events, including painting parties and other small group visits for all ages. They host both indoor and outdoor painting parties, and the indoor parties can be done under regular light or under black light with special painting options. Their most popular and well-known event is Painting with the Alpacas. On their website you can also find their Lazy Moon Ranch Scavenger Hunt list available for some added entertainment while visiting the ranch. If you're excited about interacting with animals and looking for a unique activity, Lazy Moon Ranch is your place to visit.

 

Aside from animals and activities, there is plenty more fun to be had. They have a great selection of wall art, bags and purses, toys, antiques, boutique clothing, crafts and more at the Lazy Moon Ranch Mercantile, where most of the pieces are hand-made by local artists. You can also usually find fresh eggs and alpaca fertilizer available for sale too.
